- Error 800704C7 – update process has been canceled.Do not to cancel the update process, make sure you are using the phone to connect directly to your computer, do not use a hub.
- Error 80072F05 / 801881E4 – unable to communicate with the update service.Please make sure the phone has the correct date and time. Check your phone and computer time is set correctly.
- Error 800705B4 – update your phone can not be completed because it has timed out.Deleting History of Internet Explorer Mobile, Maps and Search, and then retry the update. During operation previously, first disconnect the phone and computer.
- Error 80072EFF / 80072EE2 / 80072FA8 / 801811A5 / 801881CC – can not access the update service.Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet , then try again.If your computer is connected to the Internet , but still can not update the software, make sure you are running ” System Event Notification Service “
- Error 80181197 – on your hard disk space.Your computer does not have enough hard disk space available. Remove any unnecessary programs, documents or media files, and then try again. You can also run the Disk Cleanup Wizard to free up some disk space.
- Error 801812C1 – Windows Phone driver version to be updated in order to solve this problem.Update Windows
Mobile drivers to the most recent version retry the update. If you continue to receive this error message, make sure that the driver has been installed correctly. - Error 80072EE7 / 801812DD / 801811C5 / C1010007 – Make sure USB cable is connected properly.Try connecting the phone to another computer USB port. Do not use your computer on the front panel USB ports and hubs.
- Error 801811A3 / 801811A8 / 8018119C – Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) issue.Start BITS service in services.msc and retry the update.
- Error 80181197 – on your hard disk space.Your computer does not have enough hard disk space available. Remove any unnecessary programs, documents or media files, and then try again. You can also run the Disk Cleanup Wizard to free up some disk space.
- Error 80181103 – Can not rename the update folder.Attempting to create or update process, the need for a computer file renaming is part of the problems encountered.
