Fix to Reduce loading/resuming screen time

If you are a Windows Phone 8.1 user with the developer preview, you may be seeing the resuming/loading screen when opening Cortana using the search button. For some reason, this is only affecting few users, but is quickly becoming an annoyance in everyday usage. When I click the search button to open up Cortana, I see the loading screen popup for a few seconds before letting me speak to Cortana. With the fluidity of Windows Phone, I would expect better and now I can get what I want!

Twitter user @karelj has found a simple solution to fixing the loading/resuming screen Cortana, and some other apps as well.

To fix the problem,

I have tested this on my HTC 8X running the Developer Preview, and it works! At the same time, I want the Cortana tile pinned on my screen as it is always animated and helps the screen look more lively, so hopefully this problem will be fixed in the official release, or maybe even Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1.
